Salads are always appealing. Although they are consumed more in summer, in winter we can also prepare them but with ingredients from this season.

Oranges are a source of vitamins and with them you can prepare sweets or savory dishes, so in a salad as a starter it is ideal. When I tried it I liked it a lot, since it is complete and has a lot of flavor. In addition, accompanied by good vinaigrette, it is a great and simple dish.

• 3 slices of salty ham

• 3 radishes

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 pinch of oil

• 1 splash of orange juice

How to make Green Salad with Orange Vinaigrette:

We leave all the ingredients on the work table to be able to make the green salad with orange vinaigrette faster. We wash the lettuce and put a portion on a plate. We chop some radishes and put them around the plate.

Peel and cut the orange into segments, removing the skins. Separately, chop the white cheese and chop the ham.

We put all the pieces on top of the lettuce to continue with the preparation of the orange and cheese salad.

We prepare the orange vinaigrette for salad. To do this, in a bowl put a splash of oil, salt and a good splash of orange juice. We beat it well.

We dress the salad and ready to eat! This green salad with orange vinaigrette is ideal to serve as a starter for a main dish, such as ribs in white wine sauce or grilled fish.
