Ingredients to make green salad for diet:
• 1 long lettuce
• 1 curly lettuce
• 1 radicchio
• 1 bunch of watercress
• 1 cucumber
• 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley-50 ccs of apple cider vinegar
• 100 cc of olive oil
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 pinch of salt
How to make green salad for diet:
Wash the lettuce and radicchio, drain well and cut into julienne strips. Wash the watercress and dry well. Peel the cucumber and cut it into slices.
Put everything in a large salad bowl. With the oil, the vinegar, the lemon juice, a pinch of salt, the parsley and the crushed clove of garlic, form very well-beaten vinaigrette.
Dress the salad with it. Serve fresh.
