Green Pot Mole Recipe

Ingredients to make Green Pot Mole:

  • 1 kilogram of pork ribs
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 piece of onion
  • 1 bunch of Parsley
  • 1 bunch of coriander
  • 1 bunch of Episode

  • 2 radishes with leaves
  • 1 piece of Lettuce oregano
  • 1 piece of Romaine lettuce
  • 500 grams of green tomatoes
  • 5 units of Serrano peppers
  • 250 grams of salt
  • 500 grams of green beans
  • 500 grams of boneless Chayote’s
  • 6 units of pepper
  • 3 units of cloves

How to make Green Pot Mole:

  1. To prepare this green pot mole we will gather all the ingredients.
  2. We place a saucepan on the stove, put the pork ribs, cover them with water, and add two cloves of garlic and a piece of onion. While they cook, we wash and disinfect the leaves, as well as the chayote and green beans. Chop the green beans and chayote. We booked.
