Green Pepper Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make Green Pepper Soup:

  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 butter spoons
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup of milk
  • a pinch of pepper

How to make Green Pepper Soup:

  1. Fry the onion and 3/4 parts of the pepper with a tablespoon of butter in a saucepan until they are well poached. Add the broth and leave over a very low heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the milk, butter, flour and salt in the blender glass, and add the previous mixture. We cover and connect on high speed until everything is well incorporated.
  3. Add the remaining pepper and connect on high speed until partially chopped. Return to the saucepan and cook over low heat until creamy.
