Green pepper pate recipe with Thermomix

Ingredients to make green pepper pate with Thermomix:

• 300 grams of chicken livers

• 50 grams of butter

• 1 tablespoon Cognac

• 1 dessert spoon of green pepper

• ½ pot of milk cream

How to make Green Pepper Pate with Thermomix:

Put the butter and the livers in the glass. Program 6 minutes at 100º temperature with speed 6. When there are 2 minutes left, without stopping the Thermomix, add the pepper and the alcohol along with a pinch of salt. Finally, when there are a few seconds left to finish, add the milk cream. Once the machine has stopped, empty the content immediately into a tub and leave to cool in the fridge. After a few hours the green pepper pâté with Thermomix will have taken consistency and can be enjoyed with raw vegetables or salty toast.
