For the pasta:

  1. 1 package of noodles
  2. 1 piece of onion
  3. 1 clove garlic
  4. 1 pinch of Pepper
  5. 1 pinch of salt
  6. 1 tablespoon of Oil
  7. 150 grams of string cheese

for the willow

  1. 190 grams of cream cheese
  2. 1 cup of whole milk
  3. 1 cup basil leaves
  4. 1 bunch of fresh spinach
  5. 1 piece of onion
  6. 1 clove garlic
  7. 1 pinch of salt
  8. 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Green Noodles with Spinach and Basil:

  • Below we present in the image the ingredients that we will need to prepare our green noodles with spinach and basil.
  • Let’s start with the preparation of the pasta. To do this, in a sauce pan with hot water add a piece of onion, garlic, pepper, salt and oil. Once the water with all these ingredients begins to boil, add the pasta and let it cookfor approximately 4-5 minutes, or until soft. When it is ready, we remove it, drain and reserve.
  • Now, we put the spinach and basilin separate containers with water. To disinfect, add two to three drops of disinfectant to each container and let it rest for 3 minutes. After this time, we remove the leaves from the water, drain and reserve a moment.
  • On the other hand, we take the onion and garlic and finely chop them, as shown in the photograph. These ingredients will add extra flavor to the green sauce for pasta.
  • Place a frying pan with oil over the heat and, when it is hot, add the chopped onion and garlicwith a pinch of salt. Immediately afterwards, we add the basil leaves, previously disinfected, we let all the ingredients fry, constantly moving the preparation. Once ready, remove the pan from the heat and reserve a moment.
  • On the other hand, we take the spinach leaves and place them in a saucepan with boiling water, let them cook for 5 minutes. Then, we drain the water and reserve the vegetables to continue with the preparation of the green sauce.
  • In the blender we place the cream cheese, the milk, a piece of onion, garlic, the spinach leaves, a pinch of salt and pepper; We proceed to blend all the ingredients to obtain a homogeneous and smooth green sauce.
  • Once the spinach leaves are blended, add the fried basil with onion and garlic to the blender, and again blend perfectly to obtain the sauce that will accompany the pasta.
