- 1 kg of green beans
- 100 grams of onion
- 2 glasses of tomato sauce or crushed tomato
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 5 garlic cloves grated
- Salt
- Pepper
How to make Green Beans with Tomato:
1 Wash the beans, remove the lateral threads and cut the tips.
2 Cook with very little water, a splash of oil and salt in a pressure cooker for 5 minutes.
3 Sauté the chopped onion and grated garlic until golden brown in a separate pan and add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
