Green Beans with Ham Recipe

Ingredients to make Green Beans with Ham:

  • 300 grams of green beans
  • 75 grams of ham in cubes
  • 2 units of garlic cloves
  • 1 splash of Vinegar
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

How to make Green Beans with Ham:

1 The ingredients are the most common: green beans, ham in tacos, garlic, vinegar, olive oil and salt.

2 Cook the green beans in boiling water with a little salt until they are tender (depending on the quality of the beans, this time can vary between 15 and 30 minutes), drain well and reserve.

3 Put a splash of oil in a frying pan and when it is hot, add the sliced ​​garlic and cook over low heat so that they brown (if the heat is too high, they can burn and leave a bitter taste).

4 Before the garlic is very golden, add the diced ham and sauté.

5 Add the beans that we have reserved to the pan and sauté for approximately 2 minutes. We add the dash of vinegar and stir for a few moments so that the vinegar loses a little strength but not the flavor, remove from the heat.

6 We serve the green beans with ham and enjoy! You can accompany them with a delicious baked salmon, grilled chicken breast, or the light recipe that you like the most.
