Green beans with Ham and Boiled Egg Recipe

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped Serrano ham
  • 1 jet of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of ground black pepper

How to make Green Beans with Ham and Boiled Egg:

1 We gather all the ingredients to prepare our sautéed green beans with ham and boiled egg.

2 To start with these sautéed green beans with ham, we cook the egg in plenty of boiling water. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

After that time, pass the egg through cold water, remove the shell and reserve.

3 On the other hand, we remove the ends of the green beans and the strands (if necessary). Cook the green beans in plenty of boiling water with a little salt for 9 minutes. Once cooked, pass them through cold water and reserve.
