Green Beans with Ginger Recipe

  • 100 cooked green beans
  • 50 grams of cooked carrot sticks
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 10 grams of Ginger (root)
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seed oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to make Ginger Green Beans:

1 To start preparing these green beans with sesame and ginger, the first thing we must do is prepare all the ingredients that we are going to use.

2 Next, in a mortar, crush the garlic and ginger with 1/2 tablespoon of salt. If you don’t have ginger root you can also use a teaspoon of ground ginger instead

3 Then we put the sesame oil and ginger with garlic in a wok. And when we have sautéed it a bit we put the beans and carrots to sauté. If we do not buy the vegetables already cooked, we can cook them ourselves by boiling water and cooking the beans for about 7-8 minutes and the carrots for about 15.

4 After about 3 minutes of sautéing, we add the sesame seeds or sesame seeds and mix everything.

5 Finally, add one more tablespoon of sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and we can now serve the green beans with ginger and sesame at the table.
