Green Apple and Cheese Salad Recipe

Follow the instructions carefully to prepare a delicious apple salad with carrots, raisins, pineapple and, in addition to all this, a dressing made of cream and cheese.

Fresh salads like this one are ideal to serve as a side dish to heavier dishes, they are the ideal combination and that is why they are so popular. On the other hand, since it is a cold dish, you can also prepare it without problems to take away or store in a Tupperware to enjoy a day at the beach or a picnic. We will also add a crunchy touch of walnuts to the green apple and cheese salad and you will not want to stop making it once you try it.

Ingredients to make Green Apple and Cheese Salad:

• 10 green apples
• 1 can of sliced pineapple
• 2 cups of chopped walnuts
• ½ kilogram of panel cheese
• ½ liter of thick milk cream or Cream (type Allure)
• 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
• 8 carrots
• 2 cups of Raisins

How to make Green Apple and Cheese Salad:

Gather all the ingredients on the work table and start by chopping the apples in squares, without peeling them but after having washed them very well. On the other hand, drain the pineapple reserving the syrup from the can and grate all the carrots.

Besides, to make the salad cream, we must beat the panel cheese together with the cream and mayonnaise. The result should be a slightly thick mixture without lumps, to this mixture we will add the pineapple syrup to reduce it to taste.

With everything ready, we just have to mix all the ingredients well in a bowl. Add the raisins at the end and reserve in the fridge until serving time. We will use the nuts to decorate the dishes.

Serve the green apple and cheese salad and enjoy in a big way.
