Greek Yogurt Tart Recipe

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 grams of sugar (½ cup)
  • 30 grams of cornstarch (cornstarch)
  • 350 grams of unsweetened Greek yogurt (3 yogurts)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons of icing sugar

  1. Separate the whites from the yolks of the eggs and place each part in a container. Also, preheat the oven to 170ºC with heat up and down.
