  • 120 milliliters of liquid cream
  • 2 units of Greek yogurt
  • 70 grams of sugar
  • 8 dessert spoons of jam (optional)
  • 2 drops of vanilla essence

How to make Greek Yogurt Panna Cotta:

  1. First of all, we present the ingredients of the panna cotta. Remember that jam is an optional ingredient and that you can substitute it for a cherry sauce for desserts or any other syrup with which you like to combine desserts.
  2. We dissolve the gelatin sheet in water and heat a small portion of liquid cream to dissolve the hydrated gelatin in it.
  3. Boil the cream with the sugar and a touch of vanilla until the sugar is completely dissolved
  4. Let it rest for a few minutes off the heat and add the gelatin dissolved in the hot cream and yogurt. Stir all the ingredients well until the sugar is completely dissolved. Let it temper for about five minutes.
  5. Pour the liquid panna cotta into the presentation containers and leave it in the fridge to set for 3-4 hours.
  6. As with a homemade flan, this dessert can be made in a large mold or in individual glasses for a more elegant presentation.
  7. After this time, when the Greek yogurt panna cotta is completely solidified, we can cover it with a little strawberry jam and we have a different breakfast or dessert with interesting contrasts of flavors between sweet and bitter.
