Greek salad with yogurt recipe

Ingredients to make Greek Salad with Yogurt:

• 6 leaves of Romaine lettuce

• ½ unit of firm red tomato

• ½ unit of Cucumber

• ½ unit of red onion

• 5 units of black olives

• 50 grams of fresh cheese

• 50 grams of Greek yogurt

• 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

• ½ teaspoon of sugar

• 1 pinch of fine herbs

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Greek Salad with Yogurt:

Before making the Greek salad, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. Cut the onion into julienne strips, the tomato into cubes without seeds and the cucumber into slices without peel.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper and a pinch of fine herbs very well.

Wash the lettuce, chop it with your hands and arrange it on a plate. On this add the tomato, the onion, the cucumber, the olives cut in half and the cheese cut into small cubes, season with salt and pepper.

Serve the Greek salad.
