Greek Mushroom Recipe

Ingredients to make Greek Mushrooms:

  • 500 g of mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons of fried tomato
  • Aromatic herbs
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 lemon squeezed
  • Salt

How to make Greek Mushrooms:

1 Wash the mushrooms with water and a squeeze of lemon.

2 Put oil in a saucepan and add the mushrooms, lemon juice, tomato and herbs.

3 Season and cook over high heat for 6-7 minutes.
