Great earthquake

Ingredients to make Great Earthquake:

• 1 bottle of Pipeño or Huancara wine
• 1 bottle of Fernet
• 1 bottle of Caribbean rum
• 1 bottle of Pisco alto del Carmen
• Grenadine, cherry or mint
• Pineapple, custard apple or coconut ice cream

How to make Great Earthquake:

1. In a half-liter glass we place the original pipeño wine, or huancara wine. Then, we add a pinch of rum, a bit of high pisco and a pinch of fernet. We mix well.
2. Add the pineapple ice cream. If you prefer, it can be substituted for custard apple or coconut ice cream, but keep in mind that the real one is made with the pineapple flavored one.
3. We sprinkle the great earthquake with a little grenadine, cherry or mint. Finally, we place a tropical-style light bulb and that’s it!
