Gratin rice cake recipe

Ingredients to make Rice Cake Gratin:

  • 400 grams of cooked white rice.
  • 250 ml of cheese sauce.
  • 250 grams of pork ham.
  • 100 grams of Dutch cheese.

How to make Gratin Rice Cake:

  1. Prelist the ingredients.
  2. In individual casseroles add a little rice to the bottom and two tablespoons of cheese sauce. Mix and distribute well in the bottom of the casserole.
  3. Chop the pork ham into small squares and add halfway through the preparation as shown in the photo. Add pepper to taste.
  4. Once we add the ham, add more rice with the cheese sauce until the ham is well covered so that it is in the center of the cake. Add a little grated Dutch cheese on top of each of the casseroles.
  5. Gratin ate in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy the rice cake.
