- 2 packages of biscuits (400 g)

- 200 milliliters of heavy cream or whipping cream
- 250 grams of chocolate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- For the custard
- 5 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 liter of milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
How to make Grandma’s Chocolate Cookie Pie:
- Prepare the custard first. To do this, heat the milk with the cinnamon stick until it boils.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat, let it warm up a bit, remove the branch and reserve the milk.
- Trick: You can add lemon peel to enhance the flavor.
- Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and add the cornstarch
- Add the beaten egg yolks to the milkand the vanilla essence, return the saucepan to the heat and heat over medium heat.
