This grandmother’s chicken broth recipe is a simple dish ideal for winter days, a classic of our kitchens. It can never be missing, because it gets us out of trouble as it is a dish that always appeals and feels good in the stomach.

- 1 chicken or hen thigh
- 1 salted bone
- 1 stick of celery
- 1 leek
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 package of soup noodles

- Prepare all the ingredients to make Grandma’s chicken broth. Clean the carcasses of viscera and fat.
- Clean the vegetables and cut the carrots into pieces, you can leave some whole and then remove them well.
- Go adding the vegetables in a pot and the chicken carcasses, the piece of chicken or the chicken thigh and the salty bone. Cover everything with water.
