Ingredients to make Grandma’s Almond Cake:
- 300 grams of ground almonds
- 1 round puff pastry sheet
- 4 units of large eggs
- 1 piece of lemon zest
- 1 tumbler of Amaretto liqueur (you can use one without alcohol)
- 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence
- 200 grams of sugar (1 cup)
- 1 handful of flaked almonds
How to make Grandma’s Almond Cake:
- Prepare a puff pastry sheet for the base of the almond tart.
