Gouda Cheese Lasagna Recipe

Ingredients to make Gouda Cheese Lasagna:

  1. 1 tablespoon butter
  2. 45 grams of grated cheese
  3. 350 grams of cooked mushrooms
  4. 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  5. 1 package of lasagna
  6. 1 pinch of salt
  7. 1 pinch of pepper
  8. 500 ml of milk
  9. 8 slices of gouda cheese

How to make Gouda Cheese Lasagna:

  • Boil the pasta for about 20 minutes in boiling salted water. Prepare a béchamel sauce by previously dissolving the flour in a little milk.
  • Heat the rest of the milk with the butter, season and add the nutmeg. When it starts to boil, add the flour and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
  • In an oven tray where the lasagna fits well, put two tablespoons of béchamel, a layer of lasagna, a layer of cheese and another of béchamel. Repeat the operation until the lasagna is finished.
  • Finish with a layer of béchamel with grated cheese. Place in the oven for approximately 15 minutes. Serve with mushrooms cooked and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
