Goose Jelly Recipe

Ingredients to make Gansito Gelatin:

  1. 1 liter of whole milk
  2. 3 pieces of Goose
  3. 1 envelope of flavored Gelatin
  4. 1 pinch of cooking spray

How to make Goose Jelly:

  • We present the ingredients that we will use for our Gansito jelly.
  • To start this Mexican jelly, we put the milk in a deep saucepan and put it on a low heat, until it boils.
  • Once the milk boils, add the gelatin envelope and stir constantly, to prevent it from spilling, until it is completely dissolved. Once ready, remove it from the heat and let it cool. We booked.
  • On the other hand, we take our mold for the homemade jelly and spray it with a little spray oil.
  • We take our dissolved jello and add a little to the mold, fill it below half full and let the jello set.
  • Once curdled, we add a small layer of the dissolved gelatin and place our Gansitos, as we see in the image, and let it set so that they stick well. Fill the mold with Gansito-filled gelatin and put it in the refrigerator so that everything finishes curdling. Let rest in the refrigerator for about 3 hours.
