Golden tuna tacos recipe

• 2 pieces of chipotle pepper in adobo sauce

How to make Golden Tuna Tacos:

Before browning the tacos, we recommend letting them rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes, this so that the tortilla takes its rolled shape and does not open when frying or baking. If you decide to fry, heat enough oil in a pan and fry the tacos until golden brown. On the other hand, if you decide to bake, take it to the oven at 180 ° C for 30 minutes.
