Ingredients to make Golden Shrimp Tacos:
- 500 grams of clean shrimp
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 Serrano chills, chopped
- 2 chopped tomatoes

- 1 teaspoon of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of water

How to make Golden Shrimp Tacos:
- Heat a splash of oil with a tablespoon of butter in a pot or pan. Sauté the onion and minced garlic cloves until lightly browned.
- Add the tomato and the chopped Serrano chills. Season with a pinch of salt and add another tablespoon of butter. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- While the vegetables are frying, chop the shrimp into small or medium pieces. Remember that the shrimp must be clean without shell.
- Trick: you can also substitute pre-cooked shrimp or prepare your dried shrimp golden tacos, which you will have to boil before hand.
- Add to the pot a tablespoon of wheat flour and two tablespoons of water. Stir for 3 minutes while the flour cooks.
- Tip: the flour will add consistency to the stew and it will be very easy to put it in the taco.
- Next, add the shrimp and the last tablespoon of butter. Taste for salt and rectify to taste. Let cook another 3-4 minutes until the shrimp is golden. Remove from heat and reserve
- To assemble your golden shrimp tacos, heat the corn tortillas so that they bend without breaking. Next, add a heaping tablespoon of stew and close the tortilla with the help of some wooden toothpicks.
- Fry the tacos in enough oilfor a few minutes until the tortilla is golden. Remove and let rest on a plate with absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
- Once ready, remove the wooden toothpicks and serve these delicious golden shrimp tacos. Accompany with carrot and white cabbage, a touch of lemon and a few slices of avocado. Enjoy this delicious taco recipe
