Golden Hake Recipe

Ingredients to make Golden Hake:

  • 300 gr. pitted and crushed green olives
  • 6 hake fillets of 100 gr. each
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoons of anchovy paste

  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 1/2 glass of dry white wine
  • 20 gr. of onion
  • olive oil
  • salted

How to make Golden Hake:

  1. Peel and chop the onion and fry in 4 tablespoons of oil.
  2. Add the olives, anchovy paste and wine.
  3. Cook 5 minutes.
  4. Add the milk and a pinch of pepper.
  5. Remove from the fire.
  6. Wash and chop the parsley.
  7. Beat the eggs and season them.
  8. Wash and dry the hake fillets, cut them into 6 cm pieces. And pass them through the beaten eggs.
  9. Fry the hake fillets in a pan with abundant oil, until they are well golden.
  10. Put them in a preheated serving dish, sprinkle them with chopped parsley and serve them with the sauce in a separate bowl.
