Goat Cheese Blinis Recipe

In this recipe we are going to make a traditional preparation with a different touch, we are going to prepare some potato blinis with a delicious flavored goat cheese, ideal to consume as an aperitif on any occasion. Do you want to know the step by step? Read on and discover how to make blinis with goat cheese, you’ll love it!

Ingredients to make Blinis with goat cheese:

  • Potato or potato blinis
  • 200 grams of spreadable goat cheese
  • 30 grams of chives
  • 2 teaspoons of oregano
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of garlic paste

How to make Goat Cheese Blinis:

  • 1 The first step to make our potato blinis recipe is to pre-list the ingredients.
  • 2 Now we are going to make the base of the blinis. To do this, we mix the goat cream cheese with the chives, or chives, and the oregano. Mix well until all the ingredients are mixed.

Tip: I advise you to add pieces of crispy bacon or any dried fruit of your choice.

3 Add salt, black pepper and, if you wish, a little garlic paste to taste. Mix all ingredients well.

4 Assemble the potato or potato blinis on a plate, you can arrange them as you wish.

5 With the help of a teaspoon, add a little cheese to each of the blinis as shown in the photograph.

Tip: You can add any protein of your choice, such as smoked salmon or crispy bacon on top to enhance the product.
