Goat Cheese Bagel Recipe

Stuffed bagels have become very popular since these curious donut -shaped breads are available everywhere and we also want to help you prepare them. This time we have the goat cheese bagel, a gourmet breakfast with which you can surprise someone, even yourself! For its original and exquisite flavor.

Ingredients to make Goat Cheese Bagel:

  • 1 unit of bagel bread
  • 1 piece of goat cheese
  • 1 handful of lettuce or green leaves
  • 1 handful of walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

How to make Goat Cheese Bagel:

Heat the bread in a toaster or in the pan. This goat cheese bagel goes so much better on warm, freshly toasted bread. To make this breakfast with bagel bread I have cut a piece of a goat cheese roll. Break the cheese into medium pieces so you can easily place them on the bread. Another option, if the piece is the same size as bread, is to make a hole in the center and place it whole. Place the lettuce mix on one of the bagel slices and place the cheese pieces on top. You can use classic romaine lettuce or a mix of green shoots, like I’ve done. If you have a kitchen burner, turn it on and lightly sear the surface of the goat cheese until it begins to brown. This step is optional, it gives a perfect touch to the cheese, but don’t worry if you can’t do it. Finally, “bury” the chopped nuts in the cheese and add a dash of honey to taste. Finally, put the lid on the sandwich and enjoy a gourmet and original breakfast with the goat cheese bagel
