Ingredients to make Gnocchi Bolognese:

  • 1 kg of fresh gnocchi
  • 500g tomato sauce
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 200 g minced beef
  • 1 pinch of sugar
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese

How to make Gnocchi Bolognese:

  1. Place a frying pan on the heat, add the tomato sauce.
  2. Subsequently, chop the tomatoes into brunoise (small squares) and add them to the pan.
  3. We stir so they don’t stick; once the tomatoes are half cooked, add the meat and stir until it is cooked.
  4. When the Bolognese sauce is halfway done, start cooking the gnocchi in plenty of boiling water.
  5. This water must have enough salt to give flavor.
  6. As the gnocchi rise to the surface of the water, they indicate that they are ready.
  7. Once cooked, drain and immediately serve in a deep dish, adding a good portion of Bolognese sauce.
