Ingredients to make Gnocchi Bolognese:
- 1 kg of fresh gnocchi
- 500g tomato sauce
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 200 g minced beef
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 100 g Parmesan cheese
How to make Gnocchi Bolognese:
- Place a frying pan on the heat, add the tomato sauce.
- Subsequently, chop the tomatoes into brunoise (small squares) and add them to the pan.
- We stir so they don’t stick; once the tomatoes are half cooked, add the meat and stir until it is cooked.
- When the Bolognese sauce is halfway done, start cooking the gnocchi in plenty of boiling water.
- This water must have enough salt to give flavor.
- As the gnocchi rise to the surface of the water, they indicate that they are ready.
- Once cooked, drain and immediately serve in a deep dish, adding a good portion of Bolognese sauce.
