  2. In a bowl add the flour and chia seeds.

  5. Add the olive oil and water, and continue to knead. Ideally, we can knead with our hands and the dough does not stick to us.
  6. To achieve this consistency you can add a little more flour.
  7. Take our homemade gluten-free pasta dough to a warm place and let it rest for 30 minutes.
