Ingredients to make Gluten-Free Chocolate and Strawberry Brownies:
- 175 grams of Butter
- 175 grams of Chocolate for gluten-free desserts
- 70 grams of gluten-free flour
- 140 grams of sugar
- 60 grams of Walnuts
- 150 grams of strawberries
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of Liquid Vanilla
How to make Gluten Free Chocolate Strawberry Brownie:
- To start preparing the strawberry brownie, the first thing we must do is melt the chocolate with the butter. We can do it in the microwave or in a water bath, whichever is easier for us. We reserve the mixture in a bowl.
- Take another container and beat the eggs with the sugar until all the lumps are eliminated. Then, add the melted chocolate and mix well. We can use manual rods or a spatula.
- Once the previous ingredients are integrated, we add the chopped walnuts, the cut strawberries and the vanilla essence to the chocolate brownie batter. We continue beating and add the gluten-free flour, without stopping beating, to form a homogeneous and smooth dough.
- Preheat the oven to 160ºC. While it is heating up, place the gluten-free brownie mix in an oven-safe pan, previously greased with butter or olive oil. Then, we bake the chocolate and strawberry brownie for half an hour, or until we see that it is ready.
