Cheesecake is one of the classic and favorite desserts for everyone, whether they are young or old, since it is incredibly delicious. But, there are people who cannot enjoy this delicious flavor, since they are intolerant to gluten and this cake contains it in its biscuit base, it is mainly for this reason that in this article we decided to create a recipe that adapts to the needs of this group. Of people, since they too have the right to enjoy this charming homemade dessert, with this easy gluten-free cheesecake recipe.

Ingredients to make Gluten Free Cheesecake:

  • 190 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 3 pieces of Egg
  • 100 grams of unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 12 pieces of gluten-free cookies

How to make Gluten Free Cheesecake:

  1. In the following image you can see the ingredients that we will need to prepare our exquisite gluten-free cheesecake.
  2. We are going to start this preparation of the cheesecake for celiacs by placing the gluten-free butter cookies in the blender, we are going to grind them perfectly without any liquid, until they are very well pulverized.
  3. Once the cookies are ready, we remove them from the blender and place the powder in a deep container, add the butterand mix perfectly well, until obtaining a somewhat solid paste to form the base of the cheesecake.
  4. Now, we take the moldof our gluten-free baked cheesecake and we begin to cover the bottom and the edges with the mixture of biscuit and butter, we apply force so that the base is well compact.
  5. On the other hand, to prepare the cheesecake filling for celiacs, in the blender again we place the condensed milk, the evaporated milk, the eggs, the cream cheese and the essence of vanilla; we proceed to blend until it is a uniform mixture.
  6. Once we obtain a uniform mixture, we pour it over the biscuit base. The gluten-free cheesecake is almost ready! At this point, we preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
  7. Finally, we bake the cheesecake for celiacs for 40 minutes, or until we see that it is ready. Once this time has passed, we check that it is well cooked, remove it from the oven, let it cool and remove it from the mold.
  8. And ready! We can now enjoy this delicious gluten-free cheesecake, and since it is suitable for coeliacs, anyone can enjoy it without any problem or consequence. Enjoy it!
