Gluten-free and lactose-free apple pie recipe

  • 4 apples
  • 95 grams of white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 80 milliliters of Soy drink
  • 100 grams of rice flour
  • 70 grams of cornmeal
  • 1 dessert spoon gluten-free baking powder
  • 100 milliliters of olive oil
  • 1 dessert spoon of Cinnamon powder
  • 1 dessert spoon of vanilla essence

How to make gluten-free and lactose-free apple pie:

  1. We gather all the ingredients to prepare the gluten-free and lactose-free apple pie. In this recipe we have to peel the apples, grate two of them with the help of a grater and cut the other two apples into small pieces in the shape of a crescent.
