Ingredients to make Ginger Fish Fillet:

  • 2 Tilapia or Hake fillets
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 grams of ginger
  • 1 unit of Lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter
  • 30 milliliters of Oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Ginger Fish Fillet:

  1. Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready.
  2. In a skillet, melt the butter over low heat, add the garlic and finely chopped ginger. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add the lemon juice, season with salt and pepper and cook over low heat for 2 more minutes. Reserve the sauce.
  4. Separately, in a frying pan with oil, cook the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes on each side until golden.
