Ginger Chicken Salad Recipe

This delicious chicken salad with ginger is a perfect option to consume at dinner time. The peculiar flavor of ginger, slightly sweet, refreshing and spicy, combines perfectly with the other ingredients of this chicken salad. Ingredients to make Ginger Chicken Salad:

• 1 unit of chicken breast

• 5 grams of fresh ginger

• 1 bunch of lettuce

• 1 unit of Avocado

• 1 unit of Orange

• 1 unit of Tomato

• 1 lemon unit

• 30 milliliters of sunflower oil

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Ginger Chicken Salad:

Before making this nutritious recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. In a pan with oil, add the finely chopped ginger and cook over very low heat, stirring constantly to prevent it from burning. Cook for 2 minutes until the oil absorbs the flavor of the ginger.

Remove the ginger and reserve. Cook the chicken breasts in the flavored oil, previously seasoned, for 5 minutes on each side until they are cooked and juicy. Then, add the ginger again on the chicken breasts, brown a little and set aside.

On the other hand, remove the skin from the orange and with a sharp knife take out the segments for the fresh chicken salad.

In a bowl, add the lettuce chopped with your hands, the tomato cut into half-moons and the orange segments. Mix everything, season with a few drops of lemon and if desired, also add a splash of olive oil, salt and pepper.

Finally, serve our chicken salad with ginger in a deep plate; arrange the avocado cut into crescents with a little lemon, salt, pepper and the sliced chicken breast.
