Giant Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients to make Giant Ravioli:

  • 400g of pasta
  • 350g smoked salmon
  • 25cl of liquid cream
  • 20g butter
  • 2 tablespoons girls of olive oil
  • 1 bouquet of fresh basil
  • season

How to make Giant Ravioli:

  1. Heat a large pot of salt water.
  2. When the water boils, put the noodles in and stir immediately.
  3. Then lower the heat from when it starts to boil again.
  4. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes over low heat.
  5. Meanwhile, cut salmon into slices, trimming each into strips.
  6. Melt the butter in a pan over low heat, add the salmon strips. Put on low heat for another 3 minutes.
  7. Turn off the heat, but leave everything in the pot.
  8. Wash the basin, dry it with an absorbent paper and chop it finely.
  9. Add a little olive oil, and put it aside.
  10. When 10 minutes have passed since the noodles started to cook, turn the salmon back on the (slow) heat and add the liquid cream, mixing well.
  11. Let simmer for 3 minutes, stirring gently.
  12. Turn off the heat.
  13. You have to take out the noodles when they are “al dente”.
  14. You have to put them on a service plate and put the oil with basil that you had left aside. Mix.
  15. Add the salmon strips to the cream
  16. Serve without waiting any longer!
