• 1 unit of purple cabbage
• 1 jet of olive oil
• 1 tablespoon white vinegar
• 4 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce
• 1 pinch of salt
• 1 pinch of pepper
How to make German Cabbage Salad:
Prepare all the ingredients for the coleslaw. Cut the purple cabbage into very thin strips (as thin as possible). Transfer the cabbage strips to a bowl and add water. Leave in water for about ten minutes. Remove the water
Add 4 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce, 2 of white vinegar, salt and pepper to taste. Allow to conserve in this mixture for a few minutes. Serve and enjoy the German cabbage salad.
