Gazpacho melon with ham recipe

Ingredients to make melon Gazpacho with ham:

  • ¼ unit of Melon
  • 1 unit of Tomato
  • 1 unit of green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of liquid cream
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Vinegar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of cured ham

How to make melon Gazpacho with ham:

  1. Here we have the ingredients for this melon soup with ham. For two people, a quarter of a melon will suffice, as well as a tomato and a green pepper.
  2. We cut the melon and put it in the blender glass, along with the tomato and the green pepper, previously washed and cut. We will remove the seeds from the pepper, but it is not necessary to peel the tomato. Blend it well and then add the oil, vinegar, liquid cream, in the amounts indicated, and a pinch of salt. We liquefy it again to turn it all into a very fine soup.
  3. The melon gazpacho is ready, we put it on a plate and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least an hour, so that it is well impregnated with the flavors.
  4.
