Gazpacho manchego recipe with ribs

Ingredients to make Gazpacho Manchego with ribs:

  • 1 package of gazpacho cakes (tortas cenceñas)
  • 5 kg of pork rib (or other type of meat to choose)
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 3 bay leaves
  • thyme leaf
  • oregano in leaf
  • rosemary leaf
  • 1 small jar of fried or grated tomato
  • Ground saffron or turmeric
  • Paprika
  • 1 liter of water

How to make Gazpacho Manchego with ribs:

  1. Gather all the ingredients for the easy Manchego gazpacho.
  2. Sauté the meat with salt and a few cloves of garlic in the jacket (with skin).
