Garlic spaghetti with fuet recipe

Ingredients to make Spaghettis with garlic with fuet:

  • 450 grams of spaghetti
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 80 ml of olive oil
  • 5 fuet
  • 2 tablespoons of spices for spaghetti
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 40 grams of grated cheese

How to make garlic spaghetti with fuet:

  1. Boil the spaghetti in plenty of salted water and a tablespoon of oil.
  2. While the spaghetti is cooking (10 minutes), put the oil, garlic and fuet in a pan over low heat.
  3. When the garlic is soft and the fuet is golden, they are removed from the heat.
  4. Once the spaghetti is al dente, drain well and mix with the garlic and fuet.
