- 6 garlic cloves
- 100 milliliters of olive oil
- 6 slices of stale bread or the day before
- 1 dessert spoon of sweet paprika
- 1 liter of water

How to make Garlic Soup with Thermomix:
- For this garlic soup recipe in Thermomix we will not use the cup at any time. Taking this into account, we will start by heating the oil in the glass, programming the machine for 5 minutes at speed 1 in Varoma mode.
- After these minutes, add the garlic and fry in the Thermomix for 4 minutes. Continue with Varoma mode at spoon speed with left turn. It is important that you introduce the garlic with skin but crushed at once, for this you can use the handle of a mortar or a bottle.
- Next, add the bread and program for 3 and a half minutes with the same instructions as above: Varoma mode, spoon speed and turn to the left. After this time, add the paprika and continue with the same programming for 10 seconds.
- Now it is the turn of the water and the concentrated bouillon cube. Once inside the Thermomix, program 20 minutes with a temperature of 100º, spoon speed and turn to the left.
- When the previous programming is finished, uncover the Thermomix and add the eggs. Place the lid on and let the preparation rest for about 5 minutes so that the egg can curdle with the heat of the soup.
