Ingredients to make Garlic Soup:
- For 4 people:
- multi-day loaf bread
- 4 clove garlic
- 4 u. egg
- 1 liter Water
- Salt
- olive oil
- good paprika
How to make Garlic Soups:
- In the mortar, crush the garlic cloves and the salt.
- When they are well crushed, pour the oil into the very hot mortar.
- In a saucepan we will have put the water to heat.
- When hot, add the contents of the mortar and let it boil for about 3 minutes.
- In an individual clay pot, the bread will have been chopped into thin slices and there the fourth part of the water is made with the garlic.
- Finally, the egg is added.
- Wait 5 minutes for it to rest and serve.
- The egg can be made whole or beaten so that it curdles more, to the taste of each one.
