Garlic Soup Recipe

Ingredients to make garlic soup:

  • 20 roasted garlic cloves
  • 1 liter of vegetable broth
  • 2 slices of black lactal bread without crust
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sweet Spanish paprika
  • sprigs of oregano

How to make garlic soup:

  1. In a blender place the garlic with ½ liter of broth and the breadcrumbs, blend at maximum speed. Add the rest of the broth and cook about 4 minutes.
  2. Add the oil, sweet paprika and pepper. Serve hot with a few sprigs of oregano
