Ingredients to make garlic soup:
- 20 roasted garlic cloves
- 1 liter of vegetable broth
- 2 slices of black lactal bread without crust
- 50 ml of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sweet Spanish paprika
- sprigs of oregano
How to make garlic soup:
- In a blender place the garlic with ½ liter of broth and the breadcrumbs, blend at maximum speed. Add the rest of the broth and cook about 4 minutes.
- Add the oil, sweet paprika and pepper. Serve hot with a few sprigs of oregano
