- 250 grams of Prawns
- 2 teaspoons of Butter

- 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 pinch of salt
How to make Garlic Shrimp with Red Wine:
- To start making the recipe for garlic shrimp with red wine you must list the ingredients.
- Keep in mind that shellfish should not cook for a very long time, which is why this recipe is very quick. So, take a pan over medium heat with the butter, add the prawns and shrimp with salt, black pepper and garlic paste. Sauté for about two minutes.
- Add the red wine, the fresh parsley and keep the preparation for about five more minutes. Rectify flavor and, if you wish, you can add any other ingredient to your liking.
- I wanted to accompany this recipe with rice noodles previously hydrated in cold water to give it a different touch, but you can eliminate them from the recipe if you prefer. In case you want to try my dish, add the noodles to the pan and mix well so that they integrate with the garlic shrimp.
- Add the coconut milk, let it keep for two minutes and turn off the heat. Coconut milk should always be added at the end to prevent it from evaporating and only its fat content remains, since what we want is to obtain its creaminess.
- Serve the garlic shrimp recipe with hot red wine. You will see that the mixture of coconut milk with wine and seafood is really exquisite. By adding the rice noodles, I served the preparation as a main course, but if you remove this ingredient from the recipe, you can serve the garlic shrimp as a starter.
