Ingredients to make Garlic Shrimp:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • ½ kilogram of peeled shrimp
  • 5 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 tablespoons of white wine
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 pinch of chopped parsley or cilantro

  • To start this simple garlic shrimp recipe, take a skillet and melt the butter in it. Once melted, fry the minced garlic with the shrimp over medium heat.
  • Then add the lemon juice and white wine to reduce and marinate the shrimp.
