Ingredients to make Garlic Seafood:

  • 4 units of precooked mussels
  • 50 grams of raw shrimp or prawns

  • 3 units of Prawn
  • 1 unit of small red onion
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 5 grams of Parsley
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 splash of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

How to make Garlic Seafood:

  11. Then add the shellfish again and mix everything very well. Rectify flavor with salt and pepper.
  12. Serve the seafood platter with garlic and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
