- 3 heads of garlic.

How to make Garlic Paste:
- To start making our garlic paste, the first step is to pre-list all the ingredients. What we must take into account when making the garlic paste is that although we can already find it ready in supermarkets, it is homemade and does not contain no additives or preservatives or colorants. This garlic paste is used to season pasta, all kinds of proteins (meat, fish, chicken, etc.) and any type of recipe; a curious fact about garlic is that it contains allicin, a natural preservative that does not allow bacteria to proliferate. Our garlic paste can last from six months to a year in the fridge if it is well stored. If you wish, you can also add basil or some type of aromatic herb to your liking, in this recipe I make it without any flavoring ideal for all those meals and this preparation is very practical.
- Peel the garlic and remove the skin that covers them one by one to make our garlic paste.
- Take the garlic to a bowl adding salt and pepper to taste. Process until you get a garlic puree.
- Add the olive oil to our garlic paste and process for a few more minutes until you get the desired consistency.
- Ideally, it should be very thick as shown in the photo that is the ideal consistency of garlic paste.
- Take our garlic paste to a sterilized glass jar with its respective lid
