• 250 grams of Mushrooms

• 3 units of Garlic

• 80 milliliters of white wine

• 1 dessert spoon of parsley

• 1 tablespoon of Butter

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 pinch of pepper

How to make Garlic Mushrooms:

Before making this recipe, the first step is to get all the ingredients ready. In a pan melt the butter, add the mushrooms cut into quarters and sauté over high heat until golden brown. Add the finely chopped garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Add the white wine and wait for the alcohol to evaporate.

Tip: Lower the heat a bit to prevent the garlic from burning.
