Risottos are creamy rice dishes that can be combined with almost any ingredient. Mushroom risotto is undoubtedly one of the most famous but this time we will do it a little differently, with garlic mushrooms. Ingredients to make Garlic Mushroom Risotto:
- 250 grams of Arborio rice
- 700 milliliters of Vegetable broth
- 250 grams of Mushrooms
- ½ onion unit
- 40 grams of Butter
- 100 grams of Parmesan cheese
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 splash of olive oil
- 1 pinch of Salt and Pepper
How to make Garlic Mushroom Risotto:
- Prepare all the ingredients to make this mushroom risotto.
- Cut the onion finely and cook over low heat in a pot with olive oil and salt. Continue cooking until translucent.
- Add the rice and mix for a few minutes, then add the vegetable broth a little at a time. Stir all the time until the grain is al dente, rectify the flavor with salt.
