Fusilli recipe with zucchini and prawns

Fusilli is a type of short pasta of Italian origin, it has a spiral shape and with it we can prepare a variety of dishes. Therefore, this time we are going to prepare a pasta dish with prawns or shrimp and zucchini.

Ingredients to make Fusilli with zucchini and prawns:

  • 300 grams of Fusilli cooked
  • 1 unit of yellow zucchini
  • 1 unit of green zucchini
  • 1 teaspoon of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of white wine
  • 500 grams of prawns or shrimp
  • 50 grams of Mental Cheese
  • 1 cup of Cream of milk or cream
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic paste
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil

How to make Fusilli with zucchini and prawns:

  1. To start making the fusilli recipe you must prelist the ingredients.
  2. Bring a skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil, add the chopped zucchiniand sauté them.
  3. I wanted to add the yellows and chopped greens differently to make them stand out, but you can do it however you want.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from the heat when the ingredients are ready.
  6. In the same pan where you cooked the zucchini, add the butter and, once melted, add the cooked pasta and the peeled prawns. Sauté for a few minutes.
