Ingredients to make Fusilli with zucchini:
- 250 g fusilli without eggs
- 100g of onions
- 100g zucchini
- 100 g red pepper
- 100g of tomatoes
- olive oil
- salted
- Pepper
How to make Fusilli with zucchini:
- Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, and once cooked, drain it and reserve it lightly greased with olive oil.
- Slowly fry the julienned onion (in strips) in the oil until soft and slightly golden.
- Add the sliced zucchini.
- Add the peppers cut into strips and stir around with the onion and zucchini.
- Add the tomatoes cut into pieces, season with salt and pepper and cook for 15-20 minutes.
- Mix well the pasta with the sauce and serve immediatel
